This Molek Regency condominium project was commissioned by a wonderful couple from Singapore, who have supported us for many years. The entire unit was designed and completed with show house specifications, ensuring premium quality from concept to completion.

The renovation included full bathroom remodeling, wall and floor tile works, and waterproofing. For the bathrooms, we carried out 7-day, 24-hour waterproofing observation to guarantee there were no issues before moving to the next stage—reflecting our commitment to precision and reliability.
